Community over Competition
I look forward to the CrossFit Open at my local box every year. It has something for every skill level and the most exciting part is watching everyone cheer each other on. Whether it is an athlete's first time tackling wall walks or another's hundredth time nailing a muscle-up, the excitement in the room is always contagious.
In 2021, I started photographing local CrossFit athletes during The Open and watching their growth year after year never ceases to amaze me. I am beyond grateful to be a part of this community and for the opportunity to capture these moments.
